The Disposition Register (RNY) is a system that keeps records of the dispositions of natural persons on electronic processing and enables queries to be made in these records by authorized users. It enables the client to make their processing dispositions and entities connected to RNY to see these dispositions.

Pursuant to the rules of law in force, when maintaining connection with the client, the entity has to take into account the processing dispositions of the client, both in electronic and non-electronic connections. Therefore RNY enables the client – after registration – to make their processing dispositions and entities connected to RNY to see these dispositions.

Dispositions made by the client are made available for querying and inspection by the given entity after joining the service. The client may only make authorization type dispositions only for the case types of an entity which has access to the service.
